We will give you the tools to manage your teams and to ensure your workforce is productive and engaged. We will teach you what HR Procedures you can implement to make sure you are safe but in control. This includes reasonable adjustments, welfare, and disciplinary procedures to name a few.
This course will be covered over 2 sessions as we arm you with the knowledge to maintain business continuity and mitigate risk to your organisation, during what has been a turbulent 12 months or so. We cover the aim of re-engaging your team, and what to do when these measures have been exhausted.
