COSHH Assessment Training

The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) 2002 requires every employer to identify substances in use in the workplace and assess whether they pose any risk. COSHH Assessment training from Agility will take delegates through the stages to complete COSHH Assessments.

The course is aimed at managers, supervisors, safety reps and anyone who is responsible for chemicals or substances within the working environment.

Managers, Supervisors, Safety Reps and anyone who is responsible for, or may come into contact with chemicals or substances.

Course Content

COSHH Assessment training from Agility will take delegates through the stages to complete COSHH Assessments.

Assessment training will cover the following:

• Legislation including COSHH Regulations
• COSHH Risk Assessments
• Control Measures – inc PPE
• Consequences
• Data Safety Sheets and understanding their terminology
• Practical element on completing COSHH assessments

Assessment & Certification

Upon successful completion of a short multiple choice assessment, candidates will receive a certificate of attendance.
