This course is a 1-day introductory course into the use of ammonia as a refrigerant and is ideal for anybody who needs an overview of its characteristics, risks and safety requirements.

The Ammonia Awareness course is aimed at employees who are not expected to directly handle ammonia, but need an overview of the advantages, dangers and safety requirements surrounding the use of it as a refrigerant. People who would benefit include those working in site management, site safety, site emergency response, production supervisors and production operatives.
