Understanding Working Parents Rights & Flexible Working

Flexible working and working parent’s rights had never been more prominent. From home schooling to to working from home, it has been tough for working parents to say the least, whilst balancing the needs of your organisation. This workshop will discuss all working parents’ rights and flexible working and the importance of managing it correctly to mitigate risk to your organisation. Whilst some of the rights require longer length of service, some rights are available from day 1 of employment so it is important for employers to understand when and what is available to working parents.
