Christmas Party Time!! What You Can and Can’t Control

It’s Christmaaaaaasss!!! Yes, it is the season, and it’s time for your teams to let their hair down after a hard year’s work,  but with seasonal parties, comes alcohol. With alcohol can come drunken behaviour, and drunken behaviour potentially leads to inappropriate behaviour. This workshop will cover various examples of what we have come across, how to handle, and what policies you can put in place without being a killjoy.
