    Disciplinary

    The disciplinary procedure is there to help you to deal with issues you may face with employees at work. This may be their performance, conduct or absence. The disciplinary policy should be in your Employee Handbook and it is important to carry out the process as fair as possible. We can support you through the disciplinary process from start to finish including administration and conducting meetings if necessary.

    Grievance

    Grievances at work can sometimes be difficult to manage. It is important to understand how to manage a grievance at work and to ensure the best possible outcome. Like the disciplinary procedure, the grievance procedure should also be in your Employee Handbook. We are here to help you with any grievances you may get and to support you through the process.

    Capability

    Do you have an employee issue that is a ‘can’t do’ rather than a ‘won’t do’. This would be a capability issue rather than a conduct issue. The capability procedure should be in your Employee Handbook, and it is important to follow the process correctly when dealing with capability. This also covers medical capability whereby an employee can no longer carry out their role due to a medical condition.
