Agility are looking for an Occupational Health Technician to provide professional, comprehensive and flexible occupational health screening services. If you are a self starter with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team with a BSc in Audiology or equivalent BTEC/ BSA Parts I & II then this could be the role for you.
Business Development Manager/Sales Manager (Permanent Full Time)
Agility Risk and Compliance Ltd provide tailored solutions to mitigate risk and improve compliance in Health and Safety, HR and Employment Law. It’s exciting times and we’re looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager.
The main purpose of the role will be new sales, account management, grow and maintain the existing clients and encourage renewals when the contract is due to end.
To promote and sell a range of training services offered by Agility Risk and Compliance to potential and existing clients by various methods of sales.
You will be responsible for setting up meeting dates and attending all account management meetings and ensuring updates on CRM. Maximise use of diary time and planning to fully utilise time in an area and to maintain regular contact through mailing updates and other marketing campaigns.
We pride ourselves on developing relationships with our clients with the ability to create and grow long term business relationships with the customers. Liaise with the Operations Manager and Finance team to ensure the development of the business relationship continues to develop.
Utilise and communicate with the marketing department to help develop marketing strategies, identify new marketing solutions and sales opportunities to grow and secure future business.
Achieve yearly sales targets as agreed and set by the Senior Management Team. As well as attending monthly Sales and Marketing meetings and report on pipeline, sales and agreed KPI’s.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work on own initiative and well as part of a team. Flexible attitude to work arrangements, with excellent attention to detail and well organised and disciplined and ability to prioritise workload.

Health & Safety Consultant (Permanent Full Time)
A nationwide role providing Health & Safety consultancy, advice, and training to our clients across the West Midlands and further afield. Applicants must be qualified to a minimum GradIOSH qualified and hold a full driving licence. Benefit package will include a company car and an incentive scheme.
Health & Safety Trainer (Permanent Full Time)
An experienced, and appropriately qualified, Health & Safety Trainer is required to deliver training both on-site and at client premises across the UK. Courses to be delivered range from general H&S awareness through to various accredited courses including IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH General Certificate.
